Patrick Madaus, CFA

Patrick joined Pomona Capital in 2011 and most recently served as a Partner focused on secondary investment analysis and deal sourcing. In September 2026, he transitioned to the role of Senior Advisor. Prior to joining Pomona, Patrick was a senior research associate at Cambridge Associates. In 2020, he was named to Secondaries Investor’s Next Generation of Leaders list, which recognizes 20 of the brightest young minds in the secondaries industry. Patrick received a BS from Boston College and is a CFA® charterholder.
