Lillian Bailey

Lillian joined the Pomona Capital Investor Relations team in 2025. Lillian first joined Pomona in 2019 from ICR. Lillian left Pomona in 2023 to join Arctaris Impact Investors and rejoined Pomona in 2025. Lillian was previously the Director of Investor Relations at Arctaris Impact Investors. She began her career on the healthcare team at ICR, a leading strategic communications firm. Lillian received a BA in Economics with an additional major in Sociology from Washington and Lee University.
