Tom (38) joined Pomona in 1998 and manages secondary deal sourcing in the U.S. Tom has eleven years of private equity experience. Prior to joining Pomona, he was with the Investment Bank Hambrecht & Quist LLC (H&Q), first as an Associate in the Corporate Services Group covering software and telecommunications clients, and then as Vice President in the Venture Services Group managing transactions for private equity institutions. Prior to H&Q, Tom worked for the DLJ Direct Division of Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette Securities, Corp. He received a BA from Denison University.
