Mark McDonald, Vice President, Europe
Mark (33) joined Pomona Capital in 2004 and is based in London, where he focuses on deal sourcing and investment analysis in Europe. Mark has eight years private equity experience. Prior to Pomona, he spent three years with a private equity firm based in Milan and London specializing in European media and healthcare investments. He also spent four years with Barclays Capital in the Asia-Pacific, Continental Europe and the UK where he focused on a variety of M&A, leveraged finance and principal transactions. Mark received his MBA from SDA Bocconi in Milan and holds a joint honors degree in Economics & Politics from The University of Leeds.
