Celeste (45) joined Pomona Capital in 2007 and leads the firm's finance and administrative activities. She has sixteen years of private equity experience. Prior to joining Pomona, Celeste spent eight years at LyonRoss Capital where she managed all aspects of accounting and administration. Previously, Celeste was the Controller at Dillon Read in its Venture Capital group. Celeste received a BA from Baruch College.
