Doug (37) joined Pomona in 2007 and focuses on sourcing and investment analysis for Pomona's co-investment and primary fund of funds businesses. He has eight years of private equity experience. Prior to joining Pomona, Doug was a Director at Barclays Capital in the U.S. Strategic Finance division, where he was responsible for the origination and execution of structured finance transactions. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President for GE's corporate lending group, where he negotiated and structured senior debt financings for companies in various industries. He has also served as a Vice President of GE Equity and as a Financial Analyst at Bariston Associates and Merrill Lynch. Doug received an MBA from Columbia University, and a BA from Duke University.
